Then they will pretend to transfer you to a supervisor. Then after about 15 minutes you will hang up when you realize they just put you on MUSAK HOLD indefinitely.

It costs $20 a month for the rest of your contract to cancel early. I went and looked at Dish Network and will be having them come to my home and hook me up then I will cancel Direct TV and still come out ahead for the next year.
