Kim weltig customer of direct tv

I called about my bill it went from 90.00 to 200.00 to75.00 after i was told because i was a new customer i was getting arebate of 25.00 well that was a lie!!! I talked to a women that was very rude with me. And then hung the phone up on me. Very very very unprofessional. I have her name and badge# (kim7259) she dont belong with that company at all. Bad for your bussness. I then called back and talked to a man he got things fixed. Very professional (kim does not belong with direct tv)
