Bad Service

Direct tv is the worst service provider I have ever experienced. Over charged me every month, I have to call on monthy bases, they put me on hold for 15 to 20 mts every time, they hung up without answering the phone after bing on hold, and when they answer they get a clcolater to add the charges to every bill like we are still living in 1950s, I will never get service from them again.
