Bad Service and Liars to last bills!

Direct tv is the worst service provider I have ever experienced. Everytime it rained or the wind blew to hard the service would go out.
During the time of negotiating channels more than half the channels were out and rather than reduce the bill they "offered" free channels.
The other prolem I have with them is when I requested my final bill they sent it to the wrong address. I called and updated the address only for them sneak into my account and remove the funds without my permission. I never recieved the last bill at my current address yet they have already charged me. Moving forward I will never recommend them or use them in the future. I would rather have no tv if they are the only cable providers.
