This company is horrible. I ordered Directv because it was a better deal than our current provider. They came to my apartment to set it up, but when they got here it turns out that our apartment was not facing the right direction so we would not get a signal. The guy who came to set it up apologized and said he would cancel the order and refund my money. I never received my money. So I called to see what was going on, they said that it was never canceled, so they canceled it and said my money would be refunded to me in 3-5 business days. Never got it 2 weeks later. Literally just called before writing this review, and the woman I talked to said that the person who I talked to before did not cancel it. She said she would cancel it and I said are you really going to or am I going to have to call again in a week when I still do not have my money? She assured me that it was canceled and I asked for a confirmation email, she said she could not give it to me. So I said I want to talk to your manager and she put my on hold for 5 minutes and came back and said that she could send me a confirmation email (okay well 5 mins ago you said you couldnt) and I still didn't get to talk to her manager. This business is a sham and obviously has to do this t people because it's the only way to make money. Absolutely horrible. If I don't get my money back, legal action will be taken.
