Different Quotes After Several Calls, Staff Hung Up on Me

I called into direct tv a few times to inform them a quote to get my services restored and they all gave me the same quote but when I went to go and pay for my services the employees and manager were rude and hung up on me and they told me a whole different story and quote and I believe that if they quote you a price several times then they should stand by it and also inform there employees with the correct procedures and information!!!
