Douglas tire belt broke before 1500 miles, replacement refused

I purchased a Douglas tire in Desloge MO, its on my utility trailer. I couldnt have 1500 miles on it. The belt broke and the tire is ruined. My receipt doesn't jive with the tire. The tire manager said "some tires do have the wrong tag or the wrong tire may have been installed" but since my receipt doesn't jive to the tire we wont replace it, because the CONPUTER 3 sais i'm wrong. I never owned a Douglas tire before, i only have i dougless tire, and only one Douglas receipt. Asking what i can do they said i sorry 'i dont know'. When i became angry they just hung up.
