Lie about when you wil get your refund DIRECTV, INC

First off, the first year was awesome. I always knew what I was paying. As soon as the first year was up My bill kept fluctuating. I would call and they would put a credit or two on it and my bill would be higher. They always had some excuse as to why. I was never late, I was on autopay. So, why? After about 6 months of this, I decided that i was going to cancel, so I paid my last bill in full and returned the equipment and they took out 540.00 out of my bank account claiming that I didnt return the equipment. I was outraged. I called and they backed tracked it and discovered that they got the equipment 6 days before they took the money out of my account. Now they are telling me that I have to wait over 30 days before I can get my money back. This is bull. They steal from you in 2 seconds and then they wont give it back for over a month. They are stealers and liers. That is what I found out today. 2 days ago the supervisor told me that I would have my money no later than 48 hours. Big difference in timing!!! You suck!!! I will never do business with them again.
