Terrible service what a scam!

Direct TV added Sundays ticket to my bill-I didnt find out until it was too late. When I called in to report it they tried to sell me packages. They clearly have no regard for the fact that they are scheming consumers out of their hard earned money. My bill last month was $30 this month it is $275, now I wonder how that happened, Ive been on the phone for over an hour looking for a solution from a person who doesnt even speak english fluently. I will definitely be leaving Directtv.
