We have spent at least 20 hours since July trying to get our account straight with Direct TV with no resolution yet. At this point you don't even know where we are!!! Your reps have done nothing but lie and we are now being charged for service we DO NOT HAVE.

I am quite convinced if I found help in the law we could not only prove negligence, but faulty charges, emotional abuse, loss of time, health issues due to stress along with much much more. For instance if I checked your employee training I am quite sure it consists of by-passing customers and psychological trickery.

I have NEVER NEVER encountered so much trouble with one company. We have suspended our service at Polk way Sanford as of June 1st due to a cross country move. At that point we had no address so it was a very reasonable thing to do. At this residence, you illegally installed a dish the landlord gave no consent for and was furious. You never asked if we rented or if a landlord was in consent with your screw-ball installation.

At this point, I will shorten this first entry (I have recorded all calls and dated and will supply that when necessary). We moved into a new home in Ithaca, NY that my husband had called direct tv about service and was told it WAS AVAILABLE (BEFORE WE EVEN MOVED IN). A technician then came out to say we had no line of sight anywhere on our 4 acre property-not even drilling holes into the roof!!!

He also said he would be filing such report and we would receive boxes to send all equipment back in. We waited over a month for such boxes to arrive with nothing.

I called Direct tv to find out what was going on and they said they had recorded that the landlord refused placement and contract was ended and we would be charged!!! LIES. We have done nothing but ask you for service!!! When we were told service was impossible, we waited for you to do the next thing.

We then were told over and over that we would have to end a contract we never asked to end. Now we have received a bill for over 3 months service!!! What kind of ludacrist games do you play with people!!! We have bills yet no dish or service??? What are you going to do about this? WE DEMAND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS MATTER AND PREFER RESOLUTION BY PHONE WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WAY MORE THAN YOUR REPRESENTATIVES!!! We are by no means ready to pay bills without service or end a contract we were told we could continue to uphold upon initial move in. This issue needs to be resolved immediately!!!
