I shop Kroger on a regular basis because it is one of the stores in the area that have rider carts for the walking impaired. My complaint is that the management does not keep the carts charged for the next customer. The store has ten carts available but there have been several occasions that I had to leave the store without being able to shop because there were no charged carts available. When I've complained, the managers have been curteous enough but nothing ever seems to be done about the situation. If I come to the store and there are no charged carts, my husband and I plug up each of the carts up before we leave. I would like Koger to assign someone the responsibility of making sure the carts are always charged or at least plugged in. If the situation continues, it will be necessary for me to find a another store to shop for groceries.
