Poor costumer service and company policy - direct tv

I ordered directv a couple weeks ago... The gentlemen was very breif on the products I was purchasing and the payment dates. I explained to him that I needed the bill to be due after the 15th of every month due to financial reasons and he said that was no problem that I wouldn't recieve a bill til around the 24th... I purchased the package and the products for around $150 and had them install it on the 24th... The man that came out was unproffessional and had a warrant out for his arrest in another state!!! After dealing with all that I get a bill a week later due out on the 9th of the next month... Apperently the directv associate set me up for auto bill pay and now directv is telling me there is nothing I can do about it because its set up in their auto bill pay program?!?! All 5 of the representatives I talked to had no clue what they were talking about and I'm still in awe at the fact that their about to take the money out of my account with no resolution. I only needed the bill moved to the 15th instead of the 9th... And they act like it will shut their whole company down... After all this I'm cancelling my account and will not be dealing with this company again!!!
