Estbuy dvr scam

Purchased dvr at bestbuy, never received lease agreement. Cancelled service and owed $220 in early termination fee for a lease i did not know i had, nor was I ever given terms. They said They emailed it to me but could not produce the email or the date it was suppossed to have been sent.
Poor business practice.intentionally tried to force us to continue service with them.
