Never Again!

Called to cancel my Direct TV and was told I would have to pay $240 cancellation fee. I was told a year ago I would have to keep it for a year, even though I called within 30 days to cancel. They said I signed a contract for 2 years! I hate this company! So I demanded to see a copy of my contract which nobody seems to have, was told I should have a copy. I told them they should too since they say it was for 2 years. Now I was told to go to the website and ask for copy? What happened to customer service? I am so frustrated with this company and have been since day one, they installed satellite on a small shed in my front yard! Took pictures and they wouldn't change it, so tried to cancel and they wouldn't let me with out paying a $400 fee... How do you stay in business Direct???
