Directv misleads customers

Be aware that DirecTv misleads its customers and take advantage of your money!
As advertised, they guide you to apply for your rebate before the installation be complete so your account will reflect that discount... Don't believe on that.
I have done all right (have all paper trail) and even that i was charged $100 more!!!
Now they say the internal process time to get the refund is 10 business days...
Ok, in short - Directv is a company that takes take customer's money from their pocket, keep it and screw your finance.
1. Mislead customers
2. Take money from them
3. Are not responsive nor liable for that...
