Problem M J Equipment - magic jack customer service

I just want to alert the public before buying M J.

I'd continuous problems ever since i installed M J. Sometimes it works & half the time not!
I used to spend hours getting help from online chat rep to help solve the problem. Until now, there's no way to find the site to get connected to customer service at all. So frustrated of their service & system.
Pls think 3 times before buying - their ad regarding best product of the year is QUESTIONABLE for sure!!!
