Magic Jack
Unable to update

I have a MAC. The Magic Jack customer service chat person was unable to help me successfully update the MJ and eventually just disconnected me after i had spent better than an hour with them, doing everything I was instructed to do.
I do not like that the only customer service you can have with them is an online chat. I canceled the service because i could not successfully update. They also do not notify you when updates are available. You find out when your Magic Jack doesn't work one day.
Very frustrating. I also could not use Magic jack on conference calls like they say. I haven't been able to use the MJ for over a year now so maybe it is new. It is a great service for the price if it works for you. It did not work for me. They also would not refund me for the time i could not use their service.
