Tried to have direct tv where i live, started the service, had to move, couldn't get the service at new place, because of location. Had the service disconnected, and for three months after, i was billed, then after i had that resolved, I was billed again, even though i had paper work showing that I have no amount due on the bill, but also showed that they owed me money. Yet still they took money directly from my account with out even telling me. I hate direct tv, the worst customer service and product I have ever had. Never again will I even think about direct tv!
