My experience with DirectTV has been less than desirable. I had to move to a different location and they no longer allowed satellite and my now current residence. I have called a numerous amount of times trying to get this resolved, but their Customer Service Respresentatives and Supervisors were more difficult to deal with than any other company i have ever had to deal with. The only thing that i was trying to accomplish in the phone calls i have made to them is either trying to find a different was to get cable so I could continue using their serive and cancel the service all together and they have failed to help me out with either. I am now stuck in a contract with DirectTV for an extended amount of time, still paying, but without being able to use their service. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, as i have had many problems dealing with their employees on the phone for hours at a time, and the overall non-negotiable company.
