Poor customer service - Complaints

On Memorial day, Last weekend I purchased two new tires for my truck. When I arrived at the Walmart they wrote up the ticket for my tires. I informed the Manager of the tire service had a problem with my reverse. He told me, he wouldn't accept the truck in his garage, because he would have to inspect the truck. I didn't go in for an inspection. I went in to buy two new tires. My problems with the reverse is recent. I then said, If I take the wheels off myself, would they then do the work. They agreed, I said would I get a discount for taking my own tires off, they said NO. Thinking my tires were in bad shape, I thought to go ahead anyways. I told the walmart employee I was very unhappy about this. When I went to take a wheel off my truck, found out my ticket was cancelled. Which meant I had to redo a new ticket for the same tires. It was like 96 degrees outside hot. I spent 3 hours in this tire place because of lack of communications, lack of customer service. I asked if they had a floor jack to remove my tires, they said NO. I have never been to a garage that didn't have a floor jack. When walmart sells floor jacks in its car section. I spent 264.00 for two new tires, ended up changing them myself. A very dis-satisified customer. A solution would of been to have a floor jack and remove my tires, and replace with new tires. My truck was about 25 feet away from the entrance to the garage. They could of been more customer service friendly.
