$200 chargeoff reported to credit bureau after early cancellation

Directv reported a $200 chargeoff to my credit bureau for early cancellation. I had them for 2 yrs but because I added HD TV it reups me for 2 more yrs! Wasn't told this. Now I cannot buy my house because of this & I will lose $8000 credit the government gives for 1st time home buyers. I spoke with several people @ directv, absolute circles, I am quit dizzy.
