All my receivers have been searching for satellite for a few days before the storm came. They set me up for a service call for the same day that the storm was coming, a technician called me to reschedule for two days later and no one has came as of yet. I have talked to sevral people from this company and now they're talking about rescheduling me for another two weeks? What about the customer promise that they advertise all day long?
