Your company kept rescheduling intallation because of a mistake that was made by the comapny. I went ahead and TOOK ANOTHER DAY OFF FROM WORK to make sure I would be home for installation. But much to my surprise, DirectTV would not show. The company had rescheduled me for a date 3 days later than what I rescheduled and 5 days later than the original. This was set by someone in the company without my knowledge. This comany sucks at customer service and need to provide local numbers to the companies who actually do the installations to customers who face such problems as this so they wont have to deal with such a generalized group of people who "just set appointments by what's on the computer screen". I would not reccommend this company to anyone because customer service is next to non-existant.
