Fancy Flipping - Charges to your account

Since having service with Direct TV I have experienced many problems. First, upon signing my contract they didn't have any monetary agreement disclosed on my service agreement copy. Second, taking a look at my bills since the inception of service the credit rebate has changed thrice. My original quote was 29.99 for the Choice Xtra package, and I was receiving the proper discount until Aug., then suddenly it went up to 34.99 and now it is 39.99. Next, our service continually goes out when ever there is any kind of inclement weather. Now I can understand this happening in hurricanes (oh and a commericial state that it wouldn't), blizzards, strongs winds, floods etc, but with simple snow and rain storms this is ridiculous. So there you have my story of Fancy Flipping. How many of you out there have experienced the similar issues and what have you done to rectify it?
