Called repeatedly and reported that I wasn't getting the channels I was paying for. They told me my dish probably wasn't set up correctly... Although they installed it on my 2 story house. When I asked if they could come and fix it, they told me they would have to charge me a 49.99 service charge. They told me that they would first send me a new receiver seeing as how my programs wouldn't record correctly... It never came. When I finally called to cancel service, they asked why and I told them about not getting the new receiver and how I didn't feel I should pay for repairs when they charge me a monthly fee for services. They told me 'oh well we can wave the service charge in order to keep me as a customer" Whatever... If they wanted my business to begin with, they wouldn't charge me for what they SHOULD be responsible for to begin with. I'm happy with UVerse... For now. Knock on wood.
