I lost my job. I have no income. Direct tv is charging me 480.00 to get out of my contract. No only am i going to better business bureau, i am telling everyone my experience with this company. Besides everytime it rains, drizzles, windy, you get no picture. Their techs are terrible. (have no idea what they are doing) also, they tell you one price and then it's double what they say, but you don't find that out until your under contract. Not to mention my husband hasn't been able to watch the phillies for 5 years because it's owned by cable. You might as well charge me a millions dollars. How could a company hear a person LOST their job, their income, and still charge 480.00???
In this economy??? What kind of people are you? How can you sleep at night.???
