I purchased a Mothers ring for my mother for christmas. I ordered the ring on 11/16 and asked that it be available by christmas. I never got a call, I went back shortly after christmas, spoke with Stephanie at the Jewelry Department and she said "they will call you when it comes in" TOO LAZY TO LOOK! Still I heard nothing, so yesterday 1/21 I went back up there, they informed me that the ring came in on 12/10 and my mother could have had it for christmas. I asked them why nobody called me and told me that it was in and the cashier said "I did call you, Im the one that signed for it, I always call my customers" I checked my phone bill, and will be MORE than happy to submit my bill which is proof that she lied directly to my face. I know she couldnt have called me because when she tried to pull up my account, she said is your phone number 979 OR 716. My phone number is 979-716-0910... NOBODY ever called me from walmart EXCEPT Greg at the vision department telling me that my glasses came in. I have NEVER EVER been so upset in my life. I HOPE Stephanie, and the other cashier (I do not know her name) (but will do everything I can to find out) I HOPE THEY GET FIRED and I would like MY MONEY BACK!!! I have never been so mad in my life!!!
