I puchased a pair of designer frames and lenses. After a while they became loose and I went inot the optical department of the Kennett Square branch. The woman took my glasses to tighten them and came out moments later with my frame broken. She handed them back and said there was nothing she could do about it. My friends told me that stisfaction was guarranteed. I went back to the store and asked for the manager who wasn't there. I left my name and phone number and complaint. That was last month and I have received no call. I am sure that the purchase is in the optical department's computer.
