Kohl's
Returned Gift Taken, Promised Corporate Credit Never Received

Kohls stinks. I brought back merchandise that someone gave me without a receipt. They took my stuff and did not give me a credit. They said corporate was sending me a credit, but needless to say I never got it, and that should be illegal.
