Kohls rebate never received

I submitted a kohls rebate 1 month ago 3 weeks later they return it & said I had a missing receipt / I resent all the original receipts in 3 days later / Its been 4 weeks no status (I went to the rebate status website) no rebate submission / another week has gone by now Im on the phone w a rep from kohls customer service they give me a rebate # 18889768104 this # takes me to an automotive system for questions (no human) I called back to speak to a supervisor I'm hold for more than 10 min no supervisor / no resolution I will be taking back the merchandise without a UPC code on it
