Kohl's
Rebate never received after resubmitting missing receipt

I submitted a Kohl's rebate 1 month ago. 3 weeks later they returned it and said I had a missing receipt. I resent all the original receipts 3 days later. It has been 4 weeks with no status (I went to the rebate status website and there is no rebate submission). Another week has gone by and now I'm on the phone with a rep from Kohl's customer service.

They gave me a rebate # 18889768104, but this number takes me to an automated system for questions (no human). I called back to speak to a supervisor and I was on hold for more than 10 minutes, with no supervisor and no resolution. I will be taking back the merchandise without a UPC code on it.
