Kohls has poor customer service in their credit department - Kohls Credit card services

There is a late pay on my credit report from Kohls which I am disputing. And I need to have it resolved 5 days ago when I originally called for help. They continually tell me that they are sending the correction information to the loan processor, but never do. I can not close on my home mortgage with out resolving this one late pay. The ONLY way to communicate with Kohls is through the mail, a P.O. BOX no less. So basically, I have to wait weeks to rectify a situation that clearly needs immediate attention - i.E. - the loan wont close. They say that they do not have a FAX number to expedite this request, only a p.O. Box (really?) so I can not send the request overnight. Oh yea, no email either. So, now I may loose the home.
