Excellent Customer Service

Last week I locked my keys and cell phone in my car after visiting the Target in Pinole, CA.

I went back into Target and asked the young woman at Customer Service if I could use the phone to call the insurance company and my husband. She was extremely kind to me, could tell that I had been crying and was frustrated with myself, dialed for me and told me not to worry about using the phone. After at least 10 mins on the phone I expressed my concern that I was staying on the phone too long, and I was reassured to just relax and not worry. There was a change in shift as I was making these calls, and each young lady that I encountered was courteous, friendly and empathetic. These women are Monica, Ana and Jessica at the Pinole Target. They made me feel like a valued customer and helped me with my problem while they continued to deal with other customers. I spoke to their Manager (equally as nice and kind) who listened to my praise of these young women. She knew she had a great team at her store, and I concur!
