I Hired as temp for remodel. I was also the only female on my team

I was hired as a temp at Target. I was put on a team of all young males. I am female, I can not lift and work as fast as my male coworkers. The job I was hired to do is physical. I feel singled out because all of the other women work on another team. I am being compaired to young men and I'm a young woman. I was sick for a week and because I "worked to slow" I got a verbal warning. My boss always gave everyone a partner to work with. Everyone except me that is. After all this went on I check the shedule and I got eight hours and all my male co workers got around 40. I'm the first seasonal worker to get cut. I feel like I've been singled out because of my health and the fact I'm female. All of the other females are of another race. I am the only person of my sex and race who was hired as seasonal. I feel like I'm being discriminated on because od these actions.
