Blocked Card - the Verified by Visa program

Due to issues with server communication and data interchange, the Verified by Visa application is not retreieving / communicating properly with the HSBC Mexico data center. My card was blocked by the Verified by Visa application and I will need to pay for their mistake / low QA.
