Breach Flight Information Privacy

My ex-wife, a former flight attendant, had a colleague at the airline she worked for, access my flight information, booked on Expedia.com. Although an unrelated airline to my Expedia reservation, she was able to receive, travel dates, copies of tickets/invoices and my itinerary's. Does every airline reservation employee have this access? This has to be a serious violation. The information was used in a divorce/custody battle to demonstrate my business travel history, ie being away from home and the children.
