Dominos and no order delivered - Dominos pizza

I stayed in Grand Forks, ND in April. I ordered at Dominos at 9:55 pm. They said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 11:15 pm I called and they said the order was on its way. I called again at 11:50 pm and they said they couldn't deliver my order because they didn't have the phone number of at hotel I was staying at. I said they took the number and they have it. Then the evening manager got on the phone and apologized and she said she would send me a certificate to solve the problem. She asked for my address to I told her. Well as of this date I did not receive anything. I called that same Dominos twice and each time they assured me the certificate would be mailed. My children had to go to bed without any snack after they got done swimming. And everyone knows when children get done swimming they are hungry!
