I am extremel diss appointed and upset by the customer service I received at your Parsippany location. My boyfriend attends college in morristown and he and his friend order dominos twice a week, but after today I will probably never order from there again. I was there on May 27th around 5:00. I ordered 2 artisan pies. I had 11$ on an American express gift card so I asked the guy to charge me 11$ on the gift card and that I would pay the difference with my debit. He told me that he tried twice and it was declined. I then paid the whole amount with my debit. When I got home I called American express and they told me that I was charged 11$ at dominos so they charged me twice. I then called dominos to explain and to ask them to return my 11$. The supposed manager put me on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up and called back only to be put on hold for 29 minutes, unbelievable!!! When I called back again they had closed. Is this the way dominos treats their loyal customers??? I just want my $ returned and I refuse to call again.
