My name is Illana Mott, I am disgusted at the service I was given at the Randburg home affairs. I have been waiting for an unabridged birth certificate sine 28 November. They told us it would be 6 to 12 weeks, we received NO sms for ANY of the 12 papers we have applied for.
We then kept calling to check, one form we were told was ready and so arrived at home affairs to hear that it was 'burnt in a fire'. Next form we were told was sent to Randburg but we should come back on monday. So here we are today 20 March and we have been told 'I am not sure where it is'. So from here I am going onto hello Peter and any site that will hear me out.
