New Hartford, NY: I was walking around the store for 45 minutes and there was no customer assistance - at all. Most employees were behind the gun counter. I was then looking for sun glasses that were in a locked cab in the Tech Center. I went up front, to the one cashier, waited in line and then asked if I could get assistance at Tech Center. No one showed. I had to go back up front, wait in line again, and ask for assistance. The employee was showing me glasses while constantly walking on the radio to other employees. Of course, there are other places to spend my money.
