Rude sales rep named Ada and bad manager in San Jose

Ada the appliance manager who mentions that she has more than 10 years of experience on this business everytime she opens her mouth. Very arrogant lady. She told me and my husband that the dishwasher I bought will be delivered, installed and haul away the old one for free. The guys delivered my dishwasher and just dropped off. They didn't take the old one, they said maybe tomorrow. So we waited, but no one came. I complained even with the manager and their response was they will just take back and pick up the merchandise. All I can say that lowes will shut down and these guys will get laid off. One day I will see them at the county health center asking for food stamps and free health care. I'll be glad to be of service. Can't wait for that day to happen!
