Poor customer service from paint manage

Mike the Paint manager would not help my wife with an order over the phone. So I called him he was argumentative and disrespectful and hung up on me! Even after I told him another Lowes said they could do it!
I called back and talked to the asst. Manager of store He was very gracious and apologetic and transferred me to a sweet lady named Tammy who was so sweet and nice! They saved the day and my business with Lowes! Thank You guys so much got me from mad to happy in no time!
