Great sales person

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Lowes. The day before it was to delivered, I asked the sales person, Chanya Srey at Lowes in Hawthorne (ID 1144433), if I could change my order to include installation as I no longer had time to do it myself. She was very accommodating and was not put off by the fact that the first installation company could not handle the job; she called yet another and got them to carefully check their schedule. End result, dishwasher got installed the next day. Please send her my thanks.
