Very Rude Employee - Fedex Prinking

I went to FedExKinkos on 3068 Panola Road, Lithonia, GA 30038 on 04/04. The female employee showed up 15 minutes after opening hours, talking on her cell phone, like she had no care in the world. I gave her a few minutes to open up. I went inside and asked her what time do they open up during the week. Her reply was, "Isn't it obvious I was late?" I asked her how do I go about printing a document from my usb drive, and she replied, "Mam I just got here, give me time to settle in". Then the phone rang, and she helped the customer for 15 minutes intentionally, I stood there, just to see how long she would completely ignore me. I took out my cell as if I was about to make a call, and she hung up the phone. I told her she could have put the person on hold, and answer my question. She continued to be rude and disrespectful. I told her that if she did not like her job, she should not bother come to work, there are a lot of unemployed courteous people who would love to have her job, and her customer service sucked. I also told her that it is not professional for an employer who is obviously running late to be taking their own sweet time walking from her car on her cell phone, opening up the store on her cellphone. She could at least apologize for running late instead of being nasty. She told me to leave the store and refused to help me. I demanded that I came there for service and I am not leaving until she helped. She copied the document, threw it at me and told me to get out of the store without charging me. If I did not need the documents desperately for my meeting that morning, I would have left without her help. I am shocked that Fedex would have such an employee representing their Company.
