Non Delivery of item ordered - Groupon SA Coupon

I ordered something almost 7 weeks ago with the promise that it was to be delivered within 4 weeks.

I get no straight answers only that they will let me know when they here from the supplier. It is not unacceptable and I want what I paid for. Simple trade process.

Sort out your bad service and deliver what you owe me.
