I ordered a groupon goods item and have waited over 2 weeks and still have not received the item. I noticed after 10 days the order was not even placed yet. I called customer service. Dismissing. Condescending. Repeatedly stated that the order clearly stated it takes 2 1/2 weeks to ship. I waited for 2 1/2 weeks and still have not received it. Customer service explained how they have to wait until enough orders are placed then they ship. If i did not receive within 2 weeks, call back and i could get a refund. I called back and they said they could not because the order has not been "undelivered" yet. Customer service stated groupon is very transparent about the 2 1/2 weeks for delivery. The site says "most deliveries arrive within 2 1/2 weeks." i guess my order is not "most" and i have no choice but to wait and see and reread their transparent delivery policy. I will not be purchasing any more items from groupon. Amazon was more convenient and timely. Customer service also much better at handling customer issues without the condescending tone and repeated admission that their response is part of the groupon model. This stance as groupon stock continues to drop..
