Bad Chicken - Great Value Chicken Breast

I had bought Great Value Chicken Breast from Walmart and cook 3 breast tonight. To my surprise, I found a rusty staple in my chicken when I bit down into it. How disgusting. It also had several small chicken bones in it. More than one would expect. I'm disgusted with this and can't return it because they have been fozen for a while, so naturally, I don't have a receipt. I took pictures, but you don't have have an attachment option to show you.
