Walmart.com did not deliver in time for christmas - TMobile cell phone

Ordered a smartphone from walmart.com. Originally was suppose to be delivered by dec 20th. Then was told it was delayed by winter storm but was still guaranteed to be delivered by dec 24th. That did not happen leaving my daughter with no present to open on christmas. Was told dec 26th that product was lost and would need to be reshipped. Also that by this time the free bluetooth i was supoose to recieve was no longer available. What??? I purchased a phone with free bluetooth but was not offered a rain check or anything just told oh well its no longer in stock. Will never use walmart.com again
