I ordered a hd receiver in middle of november because I was getting a new tv. I informed them tv would not be here until 12/05 but rep said that was ok and set up appointment for 11/30. Tech showed up and said had to wait until new tv and rescheduled for 12/05 between 8am and 12pm, Nobody showed up and called at 12pm. Rep told me they were on their way. Nobody came again and called at 1:45pm. Rep told still coming but did not know when. Said will have supervisor call in 20 minutes. No call and still no show. Called again and supervisor named josh with badge lkc3220 told me nothing scheduled and pretty much called me a liar. Said I was under contract and refused to schedule anything. When I asked what he was going to do he said"nothing". Nobody ever called and I have new tv with no service that I am paying for.
