ATT bad service - AT&T DSL

I'm a new customer to ATT DSL. They schedule to intall between 8am —12pm. I wait for them at 7:30am. 12pm nobday show up. I called ATT. They told me the tech. Will be hrer to intall. But 4:30pm a lady called from att, 'sorry, we can't make it today..."

I wait 8 hours for them. But tell me can not do it. Bescause they were very busy, I have to wait for another day.

I took one day off, just wait ATT to install the service. I have to take another day off. ATT has the worst service.
