Giftcards Won't Activate - giftcard

Within 2 months I ordered giftcards on Walmart.com and no matter what I do (even after following their instructions) the cards wont activate. I received the activation email and followed the steps to no avail. I contacted Walmart.com and they keep telling me that they have opened a ticket that will be reviewed in 72 hours and then the cards will be activated in 3-5 business days. I know this not to be true since the last set of cards too 3 weeks to activate. While speaking to a supervisor the kept telling me the same thing... 3-5 business days to activate, I wanted someone to please try to call the billing department because they giftcards were for my employees for thankgiving dinner... Now 1 of them cant have thanksgiving, and they were actually embarrassed at the grocery store because the card would not work.
